We are seeking highly motivated and energized people to join our team as Technical Recruiters. Our recruiters utilize various channels to seek out and engage qualified candidates for our Registered Apprenticeship Programs. This position is a remote opportunity within a distributed U.S.-based team. You will need strong communication and sales skills to effectively recruit and connect prospects to the right opportunity. Technical Recruiters will need to be both resourceful and disciplined to thrive within this period of high growth and candidate demand. ESSENTIAL DUTIES, RESPONSIBLITIES, AND EXPECTATIONS The essential duties of this role include, but are not limited to: Seek out and enlist qualified candidates to participate in our Registered Apprenticeship Programs. Manage leads and inquiries to achieve prompt contact and informed responses. Adhere to approved recruitment policies. Make prompt and effective contact with inquiries and redirect unqualified candidates to alternate opportunities. Interview prospective candidates seeking acceptance into one of our training programs to ensure eligibility. Seek information to develop or improve on approaches that best position our client companies. Support applicants, overcome or minimize barriers, and address the unique needs of prospective candidates. Consistently conduct follow-up with all applicants to ensure successful program onboarding. Conduct all activities in accordance with the highest ethical standards. Required Qualifications: 2+ year of related work experience (In/Out Bound prospecting, Account Management, Technical recruiting) Experience building and utilizing a variety of sourcing plans and tools, including proactive phone and internet research. Experience managing and prioritizing multiple searches, projects and client relationships. Proven ability to conduct a high volume of effective interviews and track pipeline activity daily to move candidates quickly through the process Track record of meeting/exceeding quota in a high performance environment. Experience building and delivering processes that provide a positive candidate experience and will help the recruitment team scale its efforts for continued growth. Strong commitment to continuous improvement. MS Office - including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. Preferred Qualifications: A background selling into Mid-Market/Enterprise accounts Experience with various CRM systems such as Salesforce. Ability to proactively network and establish effective working relationships. Ability to continually seek new sourcing options and develop creative approaches to sourcing and delivering candidates.
